My own products and a partnership with the YouIT online school: what each one is and where it stands.
I test ideas quickly on working versions: I write the code with AI assistants.

Product planning
Slicemap
A product map for building with a coding agent: the user journey, stories and releases on one screen. The agent takes the next story and closes it once every acceptance criterion is checked.
Where it stands
The website and a free beta are open. I plan my own products in it, ALT included.
A planner for Mac that brings tasks, notes and the calendar into one plan for the day, week and month. You tell the AI assistant what needs doing, and it fits the tasks into your day.
Where it stands
The website and the beta waitlist are live. I test every build on my own schedule.
An online school of programming and maths for schoolchildren. Together with the school’s team I develop everything digital.

Analytics
Where it stands
The website with a course catalogue, past entrance exams and a school ranking is live, along with an online textbook. The first version of an admissions-prep platform with student and parent accounts is built.
An e-reader and a personal AI English course in one app. You read your own book in the original, and every day the AI puts together a short session based on what you have read, your goals and your weak spots.
Where it stands
The reader prototype runs on iPhone, iPad and Mac. The AI course is next.

Rulum
You describe changes to your website to your own AI assistant instead of hunting for the right button in an editor.
Where it stands
Getting ready for the first customers.

Claude Sync Memory
Memory for Claude Code: decisions and agreements from past sessions carry over, so the assistant doesn’t need a fresh briefing every time.
Where it stands
It grew out of the memory setup I use across all my projects.
